Hollow holds – Lie on the ground face up, with your arms on either side. Lift your chest, head, arms and legs off the ground, holding for 10 seconds. Repeat three times, increasing the holding time by 10 seconds each time.
Three-way leg kicks – Start off by adopting the side plank position, where you place your lower arm on the ground with your body at an angle. Start kicking your legs in 3 different directions: upwards, forwards and towards your elbow. Repeat four times, squeezing your core with each kick.
Walking lunges – Stand with your feet together, with your back straight. Step forward with your left foot, bending the knee at a 90-degree angle. Press up on your left heel to return your left foot back to its starting position. Repeat with your right foot, continuing for 5 reps.
