Are you reluctant to go to a gym because of coronavirus?

We don’t blame you. Although gyms worldwide are reopening after imposed lockdowns, you may not be ready to visit the gym anytime soon.

We believe that health is wealth, so we want our readers to stay healthy by avoiding things that can make them sick.

Without further ado, here are 3 exercises you can do from the comfort of your home. These are basic moves that can be done in any (and every) room.

1. Pushups

Start with your body in a planking position – your legs should be straight and your palms flat on the ground. Take a deep breath in as you lower your torso, keeping your elbows at a 90-degree angle. Breathe out as you use the weight in your hands to push yourself off the ground.

2. Squats

Start with both feet apart, turned outwards, and your weight in your heels. Move your hips downward, keeping your thighs parallel to the floor in a seating position. Push your hips upward to return to the starting position.

3. Forward lunges

Start with both feet together. Step forward with your right foot, bending your right knee. Make sure your knee is almost touching the ground, then move your right foot back to the starting position. Repeat with your left foot.
